An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:10 - 5:20 pm. There were 41 children, ranging in age from five years to ten years of age, present with four staff supervising. The children were observed participating in a variety of activities including the reading station, creation station, board games, washing hands and eating snack. Snack served today was bananas and milk. Six children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed offsite at the Massad central office on 9/16/19, and were in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 10/5/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 10/8/19. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance.
