This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9-23-21 and concluded on 9-29-21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 22 children present, ranging in ages from 2.6 years to 5 years, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
