Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 between 10:20 am to 12:00 pm to determine the provider's compliance with the licensing standards. During this inspection, there were three children in care totaling 8 points with one caregiver. The family day home designated childcare areas were inspected. The providers record and three children's record were reviewed during his inspection. The family day home's designated childcare areas, required posting, and emergency supplies were inspected. Evidence: In Child#3's record (start date 1/29/2020), the emergency contact information and parent agreement information was not available for review. Interview with the provider confirmed the information was not available during the inspection.
