An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on February 11,2020 from approximately 4:05 pm until 5:15 pm. Upon entrance there were 25 children and 4 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required documentation on site for 4 staff. Children were observed playing board games, working on service project and eating snack. Four medications were reviewed. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. There were no violations cited during the inspection.
