This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interview.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 9, 2021 and concluded on November 12, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from infant to 3 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A child's record and training records for staff were reviewed. The Program has MAT certified staff and has monthly evacuation drills which coincide with the school program.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
