Evidence: 1. Staff #3 did not have documentation of all the required facility topics listed in the standards as of 10/13/2021, i.e. safe sleep, procedures to cope with crying babies or distraught children.?
Plan of Correction:
The Child Care Virginia Orientation written Policy form will be used by the Early Childhood Program staff at Campagna Center. The form will be provided to current and newly hired employees. All staff have redone orientation using the current form.
