A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/30/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 46 children present with 13 staff members. The children were observed engaged in various structured activities including music, reading, floor play and home living. Emergency drill records were current. There were no medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
