Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding the daily attendance log.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:45am through 12:15pm. There were a total of 5 children present ages 2 to 4 (10 points) with the Provider. A total of 3 children?s files, the provider's file, and 3 adult household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: eating snack, singing and dancing, playing with age appropriate toys and preparing for lunch. Positive interactions between the provider and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. Areas of non-compliance are outlined in the Violation Notice.
