In order to better assist with today's desk review process, the RM2 form was used.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 05/12/2020. The License Programs Coordinator was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The center is currently closed due to the pandemic and therefore, had no children present. The inspector emailed the coordinator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Staff records shall be reviewed on a later date and through the Loudoun County PRCS main office in Leesburg.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the center COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
