Discussion of the CDC renewal coming in late fall.

Please look into the fictitious name process for the center prior to the renewal.

Comments:
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 04/26/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 105 preschool children present with 17 staff supervising, across 8 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children records were reviewed. Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis through the PRCS main office.

The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
