This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 10/05/2020, and concluded on 10/09/2020 approximately from 9:33 am to 10:30 am. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The physical plant, 4 staff record, 2 children?s records, emergency procedures, and drills were inspected.
Information gathered during the inspection determine compliance with applicable standards or law.
