Comments:
An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on January 5, 2023. There were 3 children in care (6 pts) with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed using stickers and coloring and drawing. A total of 3 child records, 1 staff record and 2 household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, poisonous substances such as cleaning agents and disinfectants were stored in an area accessible to children.
Evidence: Two cleaning products were stores in the bathroom; one was on the bathroom sink and the other was hanging on the shower door.
Plan of Correction:
At the time of inspection, Items were placed out of reach of children.
