Reach out to the local health and fire departments to obtain current inspections.
Reviewed with the director the importance of accurately reporting the details of Injuries of a Child Requiring Outside Medical Treatment.
Makes sure all staff remembers to keep all hazardous substances locked.
When documenting injuries/accident on the log, please make sure the staff are consistently documenting the time of day parents were informed of injuries to their child.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 47 children with 8 staff supervising the children. The ages of the children ranged from 2 months to 5 years. The inspection took place from 10:20 am to 12:15 pm. The infant room staff were observed on the floor with the babies introducing different textured items to the babies.
Six children and five staff files were reviewed as well as medications for six children. A sample size of 6 injury/accident reports were reviewed as well.
Fire inspection was dated 2/23/22 and the Health inspection was dated 2/28/22. There was no violation notice issued during this inspection.
