This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol.
An announced non-mandated inspection was completed this date for the purpose of a request to modify the license to change location. Observation of indoor and outdoor programming areas and bathroom facilities was completed via Facetime on this date. Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain all required items.
Evidence: The first aid kit did not contain adhesive tape.

I will buy tape today.
