The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on June 13, 2019 regarding allegations of the center not following their policies and procedures, and exclusion for illness. The inspection was initiated and completed on July 12, 2019 from 10:00am to 12:25pm. Interviews with staff were completed, and observations were made in the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
