This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted at this time.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/4/20 and concluded on 6/5/20. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 7 children in care = 18 points with the provider + assistant #1. Ratios were in compliance. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed records for: 2 children,
assistant #1, and 1 household member. These records were submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
