Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance with the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Repeat violation. Based on records reviewed, there was no documentation that caregivers have not completed a training course required annually. Evidence: Caregiver #1 and caregiver #2 last completed the Virginia Health + Safety Training course 3/31/22.
