This inspection was conducted by licensing staff both on-site and using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/20/22 and concluded on 1/25/22. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and an on-site inspection of the home was conducted on 1/25/22 from 11:00am until 11:50am. At the time of the on-site inspection, there was 1 child in care, for a total of 2 points, with the provider. A sample of 2 children's records and 1 provider record were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in learning activities. First aid and emergency supplies and documentation of emergency practice drills were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
