Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/15/2021 and concluded on 11/29/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 8 children at a total of 19 points and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and discussion with provider, the provider failed to ensure that all required emergency numbers were posted.
Evidence: 1. The emergency numbers are normally posted on the wall in the main child care area. They were taken down at some point to clean.
Plan of Correction:
The emergency numbers were posted at the end of the inspection.
