Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today, Nine children were present with three staff. Observed free play, transition to lunch time/snack (food is bought from home), popsicles, reading and playdough. Children had participated in water play before the Inspector's arrival. No medication was reported to be on-site today. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, the posted written list of allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions was not up to date. evidence: Child #1 has a food preference that was not listed and Child #2 requires dietary restrictions.
