An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center administrator and center staff on November 5, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 95 children, ranging in age from 5 months to 12 years, present with 11 staff actively supervising. The children were having lunch and preparing for rest. Lunch served today: tuna and crackers, peas, pears, and milk. Ten emergency medications for 8 children were reviewed and are in compliance. Nine children's files and three staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. The last health inspection was conducted 8/13/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/42019. Emergency evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place was conducted 8/23/2019.
