A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/18/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:15 a.m. and ended at 11:45. There were 2 children in care. The children were observed playing and watching a video. Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
