Reminder for caregiver #1 to complete a TB test/screening prior to 10/9/21.
Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone/email contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/24 and concluded on 8/27. The provider was contacted by email and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 1 to 4 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on interview and file review, one caregiver does not have a current certification in CPR. Evidence 1. Staff #1's most recent CPR certification was effective through 9/1/20.
