A complaint inspection was initiated on July 13, 2022 and completed on August 23, 2022 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision. Interviews with staff and collateral were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
