Technical assistance: Annual training for caregivers, background checks including portability, and outdoors equipment used for children.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10 am to 11 am. There were 5 children (12 points) with 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with age appropriate puzzles, soft toys, and color recognition toys. There were no medications on site. One caregiver and two household member records were reviewed, along with emergency drill records. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Based on records review, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually. Evidence: The emergency plan was last reviewed on 1/4/21. The plan was not reviewed after that date.
Plan of Correction:
The plan will be reviewed annually.
