The following inspection took place between the hours of 9 am through 3 pm. Today, I met with the staff of the Loudoun Valley Community Center located in the town of Purcellville, Virginia. This unannounced Non-mandated Monitoring Inspection (NMI) was conducted as a result of an incident reported by the center to the Division of Licensing. Evidence was gathered through the review of documentation and the interview process. Based on all available facts a finding of non-compliance in the areas reviewed could not be determined.
