A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/15/2021. The Center Manager was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 58 children present, preschool age, with 14 staff supervising within 6 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no medication on site); special care and emergencies (drills up to date); and nutrition (menu reviewed). A total of 5 children records were reviewed. Staff files are reviewed annually by VDOE and through the Loudoun PRCS in Leesburg. Any non-compliance observed during this review would be cited on a violation notice issued at that time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
