An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 from 9:40 am- 10:30 am. Ratios and supervision were found to be in compliance. The inspector reviewed a sample of records, administration, physical plant, staff records, supervision and policies and procedures.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code or law.
