A focused monitoring inspection was conducted today, February 28, 2024, to check for compliance regarding an Intensive Plan of correction (IPOC) that was submitted to the department on November 12, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:55 pm until 3:45 pm. There were nine children present with two caregivers supervising for a value of 21 points. Two resident children were also present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child record and two caregiver records were reviewed. The inspector interacted with the caregiver and children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
