The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced code compliance complaint inspection on July 19, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on July 13, 2023. On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the inspector was on site from 11:10am until approximately 2:00pm. Interviews were conducted, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
