The licensing inspector initiated a code compliance complaint inspection on April 18, 2024, and completed on Monday, May 20, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the department on April 11, 2024. On Thursday, April 18, the inspector was on site from 11:00am until approximately 12:40pm. Interviews were conducted, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
