An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:00 - 5:00 pm with the PL2. There were 44 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, supervised by 5 staff. Children were observed completing homework, washing hands, eating snack, and singing songs. Snack served today was crackers with pepperoni and cheese with water. Five children's files and five on-site staff files were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance. The last fire drill was conducted: 11/7/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 9/6/19.
