An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 5:00 -6:00 pm with staff. There were 23 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, supervised by three staff. Children were observed having free play with a variety of toys including games, dolls, Bey Blades and Knex. Five children's files were reviewed and in compliance. Three on-site staff files were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications to review, however all three staff have Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification and first aid and CPR. The last fire drill was conducted: 11/14/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 4/23/19.
