An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:30 - 4:00 pm with staff. There were 23 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, present with three staff supervising. Children were observed participating in a seasonal arts and craft activity. Three onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and the required posted information. It was reported that there was no medication on site. Four staff records were reviewed off site at the Massad YMCA on 10/24/2022.
