An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:20 - 3:50 pm with staff. There were 29 children, ranging from five years to 11 years of age, present with four staff supervising. Children were observed playing in a variety of centers with age-appropriate toys. Four onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and the required posted information. It was reported that there was no medication on site, however there were three staff on site with current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Four staff records were reviewed off site at the YMCA office on 5/4/2023.
