An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:00 -5:00 pm with the PL2. There were 32 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, supervised by four staff. Children were observed arriving from school, washing hands, eating snack and having free play in centers. Snack served today was vegy straws, grapes and water. Five children's files were reviewed and in compliance. Four on-site staff files were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The last fire drill was conducted: 10/23/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 6/14/19.
