An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 4:30 - 5:00 pm with staff. There were 24 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, present with four staff supervising. Children were observed participating in a variety of age-appropriate centers/activities. Four onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with one medication, the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and the required posted information. Four staff records were reviewed off site at the Massad YMCA on 11/17/2022.
