Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07.23.19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between 9:00am and 11:30am. Upon arrival there were 79 children in care with 14 staff present. A sample of 4 staff and 7 children's records were reviewed, in addition to 3 medications. Children were observed diapering/toileting, playing in learning centers and during an art project. Infants were observed on the floor with staff and sleeping in cribs. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

The program director stated the child's mother verbally stated to call her if the child comes into contact with the food allergen.
Plan of Correction:
The following corrective action was provided by the program director during the exit interview:
The child's parent was contacted during the inspection. The parent will be bring in all required documentation by the end of the week.
