Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:30 pm- 3:00 pm. There were 3 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, arriving into care, washing hands and getting ready to eat snack from home. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Based upon record review, written record of children's injury were incomplete. Evidence: 3 of 3 records reviewed were missing documentation of date and time parent notified.
