A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/27/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival there were 66 children in care with 16 staff present. A sample of 2 staff and 6 children's records were reviewed in addition to 4 medications. Children were observed in the gym, playing in learning centers and being read a story. Infants were observed on the floor with staff and one was observed sleeping in a crib.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
