Discussed allergy list and if child is eating they can not walk around.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30am-10:23 am. At the time of entrance, 10 children were in care with 2 staff members present and 1 volunteer. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 2 staff records. Children were observed participating in activity with a visitor discussing first aid and reading books.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the licensee did not ensure hazordous substances are kept in locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence: There was handsanitizer that was on the staff desk and window sill. Labeled keep out of reach of children and warning.

The handsanitizer will be removed.
