We reviewed some of the requirements for children's records and the staff emergency contact information access.

Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced inspection conducted from 2:45 PM to 5:45 PM. Today, there were thirty-two children, ages five through ten years, with three to four staff. It was reported that twenty children were supervised by two staff before school. I viewed program activities, equipment, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, posted information, written policies/procedures, agency inspection reports, insurance, emergency supplies and drill records, injury records, medication, five records for children, five staff records, staff qualifications, staff training, snack, nutrition, daily routines, indoor and outdoor areas. The children were provided time for active play outdoors, and indoor choices for table activities, video games and homework time. The staff provided oversight of children's check-in and departure.
