A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/18/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 23 children, ages 4 years-11 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, 5 staff records and 3 medications during the inspection. The children were observed in the following activities: arriving to the program, in large motor play in the gym, having an afternoon snack, participating in an art project and during homework time. The inspector reviewed the Injury Prevention Plan, the Playground Safety Plan and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed nutrition and sharing space with the school with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
