This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/18/2021 and concluded on 08/31/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 21 children, ages 5 years-10 years, and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, special care provisions and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 3 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
