A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/6/19 was conducted from 11:50 am to 12:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there was 1 child in care totalling 3 points with the provider. The child was observed interacting with the provider throughout this inspection. A sample of 1 child's record and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. There were no injuries since the last inspection. Provider reported that no medications are administered at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements cited during this inspection.
