A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/03/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 11:30 am. There were 6 children in care for a total of 15 points with one caregiver. The children were observed playing with toys, playing dress-up and watching cartoons. One caregiver's record, one household member's record and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
