A renewal inspection was initiated on 2/16/2024 and concluded on 2/16/2024. There were seven children present with one provider supervising. The point total was 16. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and two adult records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:15 am and concluded at 11:25 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
