An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding updated regulations in child/staff ratios, CPR certification, out of state searches, and accessing the department's website for notices, forms, and additional information. A copy of the new regulations was given to the director during this inspection.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, September 24, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 3:25pm and concluded at approximately 5:00pm. Today approximately five children were in attendance being supervised by one staff with the correct child/staff ratio. Administrative records (including five children's records and one staff record), children's classrooms, restrooms, and common areas were inspected. See attached notice for violations found during this inspection.
