Technical Assistance:
A discussion was held on the importance of completing the sixteen hours of required training. The inspector will send a list of resources for trainings available.
Comments:
A monitoring/renewal/complaint inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 10:30am. There were 3 children present with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed coloring. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. REPEAT VIOLATION Based on review of caregivers record, caregivers did not obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities. Evidence Caregiver #1 has not completed any training hours this year.
Plan of Correction:
I will complete my 16 hours by the end of October. Send me some resources for me to use.
