Discussed toilet anchor covers, and light switch panel, background check results, drill componets for log sheet, and log training requirements (240 M and 240 I).

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 19, 2023, from approximately 9:45 am-11:20 am. There were 31 children present at this time with 8 staff members. Additional staff was on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed freely playing outside, singing songs and transitioning into a table activity. Four staff records and three children records were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment,
emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
No violations were determined .
